I’m a passionate adventurer, extreme sports enthusiast, and marine biologist. Whether I’m sailing through rough seas, ski touring into remote mountains, or freediving deep beneath the ocean’s surface, I thrive in the wild, in the elements, and at the edge of my comfort zone.
My journey has taken me across oceans on tall ships, sailing to many different countries—often in challenging and harsh conditions. Along the way, I even took first place in a Swedish tall ship race. On land, my athletic background includes everything from being a former elite gymnast to earning third place in the Swedish Championships in a dog sport. Today, I’m active in a wide range of outdoor extreme sports like freeride skiing, sailing, surfing, climbing, freediving, and more—always looking to challenge myself, explore, and push my limits.
But it’s not just about the extremes. I also cherish the simple moments: cooking over a campfire, sleeping under the stars, or waking up to the sound of the wind in a remote corner of nature. I spend countless days each year camping and living outdoors—on remote beaches in Southeast Asia, among wildlife in Africa, high in the Arctic mountains, and everywhere in between.
Over the years, I’ve faced serious injuries that have tested me both physically and mentally—and still do. But I choose to focus on what I can do, not what I can’t. I believe in chasing possibilities, living fully in the ways I can, and carving my own path.
I’m incredibly grateful to share this journey with my partner, Cruise Ferreira—also a Marmot athlete. Together, we live a life full of wild, beautiful, and sometimes downright crazy adventures. We love capturing and sharing our experiences in hopes of inspiring others to get outside—not just to experience nature, but to take care of it too.
Beyond my own adventures, I’m deeply committed to protecting the natural world. As a marine biologist, I dedicate much of my work to conservation—finding ways to help preserve the ecosystems and wild spaces that have given me so much.
